We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Valet Supervisor to join our Brisbane Airport team and deliver a premium valet experience. As Australia and New Zealand's largest commercial car park operator, Secure Parking is committed to putting People First and creating seamless, efficient, and memorable customer journeys.

About the Role:

The Valet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-shift operations and administration of the Valet team. You'll lead from the front, coordinating a high-performing team, manage daily logistics, and ensure we consistently deliver a premium, professional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily operation of the valet service.
  • Motivate and manage a team of valet attendants.
  • Ensure all services run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
  • Handle administration, reporting, and compliance with ease.
  • Actively contribute to the commercial growth of the Valet operation.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of proven customer service experience.
  • Clean driving record and excellent driving skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & data entry.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Natural problem solver with a positive and proactive mindset.
  • Calm under pressure, shows initiative and sound judgement.
  • Previous experience in car park or valet services (preferred).
