Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners, ensuring the care needs of residents are met in accordance with clinical needs and care plans.
- Promote consistency in resident care by delegating activities and providing directions to Enrolled Nurses, Care Partners, and others.
- Empower Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners to provide high-quality care within expected standards and scope of practice.
- Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices in accordance with Baptistcare policies and practices.
- Collaborate with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals to develop individualized care plans.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing and current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in Aged Care or Community Services is highly regarded.
- Sound understanding of care assessment and provision within the Aged and Health Care sectors.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
