Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all administration related to allocated training programs, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Organize accreditation of training sites and implement changes to accreditation policy and procedures as required, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate, attend, and facilitate meetings for allocated committees, providing high-level secretariat services to ensure effective decision-making and communication.
- Prepare agendas and briefs, produce minutes, draft reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactively advocate for allocated committees to adhere to College policy, procedures, and strategy, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Work with committees to ensure that members are adequately trained and succession plans are considered, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Work with committees to annually revise training requirements and update program requirement handbooks, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Facilitate effective communication and consultation between all College units and these committees, promoting collaboration and cooperation.
- Contribute towards projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including business writing and presentations, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage a range of complex tasks in a changing work environment, maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with own and other teams, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- A commitment to professional client service, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
- Certificate IV or Diploma of Business Administration or demonstrated equivalent experience, knowledge, and skills.
- Professional experience preferably implementing education/health programs or in a member-based organization, with a strong understanding of the education sector.
