Job Title: Content Operations and Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our content operations and project management initiatives. This key role will oversee the lifecycle of educational content, ensuring seamless release, maintenance, and localization across various teams.

The Role:
  • Manage the content lifecycle from development through deployment.
  • Optimize processes and tools to enhance efficiency, scalability, and clarity across cross-functional teams.
  • Troubleshoot localization issues, coordinate technical updates, monitor content health, and handle content status changes.
  • Lead global localization workflows, managing translators and reviewers to ensure timely multi-language support for new releases and smooth addition of new locales.
  • Drive quality assurance processes, coordinating workflows, priorities, and testing to uphold content excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in process design and optimization with demonstrated success in streamlining workflows, increasing efficiency, and scaling operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to prioritize effectively and focus on high-impact outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex issues and drive them to resolution.
  • A hands-on and proactive approach, comfortable delving into technical details, investigating logs, and developing a deep understanding of content delivery processes.
