What You'll NeedExperience in disability, aged care, or family/community services; a current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain; Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle; NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain); Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays is essential.
