**Job Opportunity: Deputy Principal Role**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated educator to join our school community as Deputy Principal. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the Principal in leading the school to develop a shared educational vision and promote quality learning outcomes for all students.

The role involves deputising for the Principal when required, upholding ethical leadership practices, embedding socially just principles in daily school life, setting high standards for student and staff performance, participating in ongoing professional development, forming partnerships with stakeholders, being strategic and futures-oriented, understanding legislation and policies impacting schooling, and managing resources effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to education, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.

To be considered for this role, applicants must be current Queensland Government employees and hold a valid Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
