Business Development Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our business and market share in the Wagga Wagga region.

You will work closely with the Field Sales Manager and Branch Manager to achieve new business sales targets and develop networking relationships with industry professionals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar sales role and a passion for sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold calling prospective customers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiating and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing effective business development strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry professionals.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar sales role.
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
