About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Officer to provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to our leadership team, including the Chief Executive Officers, and senior leaders across a diverse portfolio of high-impact projects.
In this role, you will:
· Provide dedicated executive assistant and project support to the Executive Team, ensuring they are informed, prepared, and supported across a wide range of responsibilities and operational priorities.
· Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
· Manage SharePoint content, workflows, and document control.
· Review, draft, and update organisational policies and procedures.
· Research and prepare information on issues and topics for Executive Managers.
· Coordinate meetings and appointments for the CEO, provide high-level secretariat support, and manage administrative activities accurately, efficiently, and discreetly.
· Support committees by providing secretariat services and managing special projects.
· Prepare agendas, run reports, take senior-level minutes, and follow up on action items as required.
About You
We are looking for an Executive Support Officer who has:
· Substantial experience providing advisory or support services at a senior executive or public office level, including research, analysis, and presentation of findings.
· Proven discretion and judgement in handling sensitive and confidential information.
· Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with project management tools.
· Experience managing online platforms, with SharePoint experience highly regarded.
· Background in executive coordination, governance, strategic projects, or stakeholder management is desirable.
· Exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to maintain a respectful and influential presence.
