Business Operations Manager Opportunity

This senior leadership role offers a unique chance to shape the operational strategy of a prominent retail franchise, driving business growth and excellence in the Queensland market.

As a seasoned area manager with a proven track record in multi-site management, you will be responsible for developing and executing operational plans that enhance customer experience, team member engagement, and sales performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective store visits to build strong relationships with franchise partners and develop quality operations plans to improve standards and profitability.
  • Support new store openings and provide post-orientation training and business coaching to ensure successful launches.
  • Liaise with franchisees to execute marketing initiatives and encourage investment in their businesses.
  • Schedule and drive TML meeting processes to maintain open communication and collaboration.
  • Target and support underperforming stores to immediately address performance gaps and coach franchisees towards better cost control.
  • Analyse financial performance using Profit and Loss Statements to benchmark store performance and provide coaching on cost management.
  • Conduct various reports and audits to ensure compliance with Cake Assured, Mystery Shopper, and Wholesale Merchandising standards.
  • Facilitate wholesale sales growth for franchisees willing to drive additional revenue for their stores.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in multi-site management and QSR experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify sales growth opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with franchise partners and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects effectively.
  • Results-driven and focused on delivering exceptional business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of local area marketing and ability to coach and influence franchisees.
  • Disciplined with compliance, especially around food/customer and team member safety.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of software and able to prepare reports and communicate efficiently.
