Expert Clinical Outreach Coordinator

The role of Outreach Coordinator is pivotal in overseeing and coordinating external programs, facilitating liaison and negotiation with management and staff.
Responsibilities include contributing to quality improvement initiatives at both regional and national levels, selecting, orienting, and resourcing qualified outreach counsellors.
Additionally, delivering high-quality clinical services involves initial intake, assessment, and referral, evidence-based counselling, case management, and coordination as required.
Liaising and forming partnerships with relevant organizations to meet the needs of veteran and defence force communities and families is also a key aspect of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Nursing with full registration.
- Working with Children (WWC) and/or Vulnerable People Checks/Clearance.
