About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our banking product initiatives, driving strategy, roadmap, and growth of our offerings in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for existing banking products and future initiatives.
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to market release, serving as a subject matter expert in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance.
- Collaborate with development and delivery teams to execute the product roadmap, ensuring seamless integration and innovation.
- Drive product innovation, design, and content creation, fostering breakthrough solutions.
- Engage in product solutioning and discovery sessions with prospects and clients to tailor offerings that meet their needs.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Demonstrated expertise in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products.
- A solid grasp of technology integration within banking systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a tech-savvy mindset.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, product management, and the software development lifecycle.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and exhibit a mix of creative, logical, and innovative thinking.
- Previous experience in banking or software firms, with a focus on product development and collaboration with development teams.
- Familiarity with Bills of Lading and the logistics of trade is a plus.
