About the Role

  • Support both patients and the dental team in delivering high-quality dental care services.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure a positive experience for all patients and staff members.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and assist Dentists during procedures, maintaining accurate records of patient care.
  • Ensure proper instrument sterilization and adhere to infection control standards.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment by upholding established protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with patients through exceptional customer service skills.
  • Provide chairside assistance during treatments, ensuring seamless interactions with patients.
  • Cultivate effective communication among team members to achieve efficient workflow.
  • Manage patient care from check-in to treatment completion, including recall management.

Skills & Experience

  • A Certificate III in Dental Assisting or willingness to obtain is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple locations, including community projects and campus settings.
  • A valid Driver's Licence with a willingness to travel.
  • Patient-centric approach with excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • A reliable and punctual individual with a strong work ethic.
