Service Transformation Lead
">The General Manager will lead the transformation of the service delivery system in Housing and Homelessness to position housing services responsively to community and government expectations.
">This role will oversee strategic leadership and delivery of a range of housing and homelessness services, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in person-centred human service planning, design, and delivery across the service delivery network.
">The successful candidate will have extensive experience in service delivery, strategy, and policy across agencies, with a strong background in leading large and complex organisations.
">- Leading the transformation of frontline housing and homelessness service delivery
- Developing strategies to ensure continuous improvement and consistency across all service centres
- Building strong partnerships with registered housing service providers and the community sector
- Facilitating and coordinating transitions, mergers, or exits of funded housing providers
