About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Twilight Café and Outreach Program in Melbourne VIC.

This is a fixed-term, full-time position based in Melbourne, VIC, reporting to the Commanding Officer.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in community services/social work and/or related disciplines, along with a current and valid employee Victorian Working with Children Check.

Experience within community services, particularly working with complex client groups, is highly desirable.

  • Lead and support the Twilight Café and Outreach Workers in their daily operations and outreach work in the CBD.
  • Provide front-of-house assistance to café attendees and support volunteers in service delivery.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of facilities, including back and front of house and bathroom and laundry areas.
