
Administrative Liaison Specialist

As a seasoned professional, this is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your administrative expertise and collaborate with a dynamic team in Hobart. This pivotal role will enable you to add immediate value by working closely with our Melbourne admin team and national admin team.
The position serves as an essential connection for our VIC/TAS region, supporting a team of 6 located in Hobart which will expand over time.
Key Responsibilities- Build Effective Relationships: You will excel in building effective and inclusive relationships through excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Office Management: Prior experience in an office management/project support role is required, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer skills and intermediate capability with the Microsoft Office suite of programs is necessary.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience in stakeholder engagement is crucial – you will work closely with the internal team from undergraduates through to regional managers.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and prioritising skills are required to proactively anticipate challenges and drive actions.
- Solution-Focused: The ability to exercise sound judgment and find solutions to problems is essential.
- Collaboration: Collaboration with the national admin team is also vital.
