Job Description

We are seeking an expert in digital solution architecture to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions that meet the needs of the organisation and its stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, experience in solution architecture, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for analysing business requirements, producing technical architecture artefacts, and working with product teams to inform and design solutions to business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and decompose business requirements, non-functional requirements, and models to inform the target state architecture and solutions.
  • Produce technical architecture, integration, and design artefacts.
  • Work with product teams to proactively inform and come up with technical options and designs to solve business problems.
  • Collaborate with broader architecture teams across the department to ensure options and designs are consistent with the broader target state architecture, standards, principles, and strategic direction.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a foundation in systems development, solution modelling and design, pattern and standards development, established and emerging technologies, and creativity. They will also have experience working in an architecture role within a large, complex organisation and hands-on expertise in CRM or Case Management or equivalent products.

Candidate Profile:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a tertiary qualification in IT, Systems or Software Engineering, Computer Science, Digital, Information Management, or equivalent. Solution Architecture Certification (Desirable) and TOGAF 9 Certification Program would also be highly regarded.
