Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Global Career Connector. This role involves facilitating connections between individuals and their career aspirations, while bridging the gap between people and their goals in an ever-evolving work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate information from various sources on entry and visa requirements for our knowledge base
  • Provide assistance with queries on business travel and remote work using our knowledge base
  • Prepare reports for clients to ensure they have accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain internal databases with relevant information from network offices
  • Collaborate with network offices to improve service offerings
  • Undertake research and advisory work to enhance our services
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration
  • Engage in discussions to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing solutions
  • Train and coach service delivery centers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
