Job Summary

This role involves supporting the commercial and technical delivery of our innovative WireBMR tool.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydrogeology and be able to provide expert technical support to customers, driving revenue growth through trust building and effective product application.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be able to travel internationally, and have experience in delivering practical, customer-focused technical insights to assist in technology adoption decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting sales teams with technical knowledge of the WireBMR tool.
  • Delivering accurate data outputs while maintaining quality in data processing.
  • Providing technical input during customer meetings, conferences, and proposal development.
  • Building customer trust by offering clear guidance on applying WireBMR data to operations.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand WireBMR adaptation within existing and new customer bases.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Applied Geology from an Australian university preferred.
  • Master or PhD of Applied Geology with a specialisation in Hydrogeology from an Australian university preferred.
  • Ability to travel internationally with no restrictions.
  • 5-10 years of experience in hydrogeology with a strong technical foundation.
  • Proven ability to deliver practical, customer-focused technical insights to assist customers' decisions to progress with technology adoption.
