Groundwater Expert Leader

We seek a seasoned Groundwater Expert to spearhead our groundwater and hydrogeology team in Perth, leading investigations, assessments, model development, testing program design, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead hydrogeological investigations and groundwater impact assessments
  • Develop conceptual and numerical groundwater models
  • Design and interpret aquifer testing programs
  • Manage regulatory approvals and engage stakeholders effectively
  • Prepare technical reports and peer reviews
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to business growth
Requirements
  • Hydrogeology or related field degree
  • 8+ years consulting experience in groundwater projects
  • Strong knowledge of WA regulatory frameworks and groundwater legislation
  • MODFLOW, FEFLOW or similar modeling tools expertise
  • Effective communication skills for project leadership and client guidance
  • A desire to build and inspire a team
