The Role Overview
  • We are seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to provide exceptional guest journeys from reception to checkout, maintaining a clean, safe workplace while delivering outstanding service.
The Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver traditional therapies including massage, facials, body treatments and therapeutic services to create a relaxing environment.
  2. Conduct thorough consultations to analyse client concerns and create curated treatment plans.
  3. Work within a team of like-minded professionals to maintain high standards and deliver excellent guest experiences.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A qualified Spa Therapist with expertise in delivering a range of treatments in a luxury spa, hotel or resort environment.
  • An individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to create a warm and welcoming environment.
  • A high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of guest service.
The Requirements
  • Experience working as a Spa Therapist in a similar environment, with expertise in delivering a range of treatments.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • A valid Australian Working Visa.
