Job Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plans.

  1. Provide individualized support to clients
  2. Assist clients with daily living activities, such as eating, dressing, bathing, grooming and toileting
  3. Provide transportation assistance to clients
  4. Provide respite care to clients and their families
  5. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of clients' care plans and progress

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a high school or equivalent education
  • At least 1 year of experience working with people with disabilities
  • Experience with dementia is highly regarded
