Industrial Operations Specialist

Job Overview
This is a senior production technician role, focusing on safe and efficient facility operation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the oil/gas industry and be able to work remotely.
Responsibilities- Perform duties of Permit Authority, Panel/Field Operator, and Authorised Gas Tester across day and night shifts.
- Be a member of the Incident Response Team.
- Develop and update facility Operational Procedures.
- Monitor production and utility system parameters to ensure a safe operating envelope.
- Create and complete work orders.
- Critical Device Function Testing & chemical performance monitoring.
- Process isolations as directed and in accordance with PTW procedure.
- A proactive approach towards HSE, identifying facility hazards, ensuring environmental compliance and incident reporting.
- 5+ years experience in a similar position.
- Strong self-motivational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in and foster a team environment.
- Leadership skills in field operations and safety management.
- Cert III in Process Plant Operations (required).
- Current TBOSIET, MISC and CA-EBS.
