About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Modelling Expert to join our Chief Data Officer team in Sydney, Barangaroo. As a key member of our team, you will play a significant part in shaping the future of our business.

What You'll Do
  • Work with our Senior Manager to manage the scorecard modelling/monitoring function.
  • Provide subject matter expertise into the development of the scorecard operating model and related framework.
  • Represent scorecard modelling/monitoring capability to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation related to frameworks and approach methodologies.
  • Support the model review cycle through supplying up-to-date monitoring results and analysis.
  • Participate in Scorecard Monitoring Groups.
Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus benefits that include a comprehensive superannuation scheme, generous parental leave policies, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements
  • Expertise in scorecard modelling and monitoring.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SAS programming, SQL, Excel, and PowerBI skills.
  • Familiarity with IT principles and system development lifecycle and data management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders.
