As a trusted advisor, you will strategically identify technical challenges and understand customer business drivers to guide appropriate engagement approaches within customer organizations.

You will play a pivotal role in engaging with customers at the C-Suite level to enhance their bottom line by co-creating new products and solutions that meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify strategic opportunities for incremental business value using our portfolio.
  • Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the co-creation of new products and solutions alongside our team of business specialists.
  • Lead the analysis of existing processes and identify areas for improvement using deep industry knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience providing solutions and digital transformation related delivery to banks for their strategic and transformational initiatives.
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is highly desirable.
  • Deep expertise in Lending, Deposit Management, Virtual Account Management or Core Banking
  • An extensive network with C-Suite executives within Tier 1/Tier 2/Challenger/Neo Banks in the region.
  • Strong business acumen combined with solution-selling skills.
