Work Integrated Learning Manager

This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in Work Integrated Learning (WIL) and placement opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of WIL programs aligned with University employability goals, as well as providing leadership and support to the WIL team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strategic partnerships to expand WIL and placement opportunities.
  • Coordinating and managing a partnership program in a complex organization, particularly a higher education institution.
  • Establishing and maintaining successful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have highly effective communication, customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to identify strategic approaches and generate operational plans.
