Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic leader to develop and execute placement strategies for our Early Childhood Education programs.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build partnerships that support student outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a background in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or program management and at least 3 years' experience in the Early Childhood Education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, negotiating, and securing field placement opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, alumni, and graduates
  • Overseeing placement quality and resolving issues when they arise
  • Managing the industry contact database and maintaining stakeholder relationships

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years' experience in the Early Childhood Education sector
  • A background in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or program management
  • An understanding of placement processes and compliance in higher education and/or VET
