**Spa Therapist Role Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our spa, you will provide exceptional service and treatments to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
Responsibilities:- Perform services and treatments such as facial treatments, body treatments, body massages including aromatherapy massage, deep muscle massage, and other spa treatments offered.
- Liaise with all practitioners, therapists, receptionists and hotel colleagues to ensure a harmonious and peaceful environment.
- Act responsibly at all times in relation to personal safety along with the safety of colleagues and guests of the spa.
- Build rapport with guests, actively establishing genuine emotional connections to create a loyal clientele.
- Maintain and proactively update own knowledge of all treatments, wellness journeys and current promotions.
- Hold a minimum Diploma level qualification.
- Biologique Recherche qualification would be highly favorable.
- Ability to work at least one weekend day.
- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
- Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience within a similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
