Operational Excellence Role

This is a key opportunity for an experienced control room professional to contribute to the smooth operation of our mining fleet.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mine control and be able to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.

  • Assist in transitioning from existing operational systems to new, more efficient solutions.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and productivity across all aspects of mine operations.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control real-time operations to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement new processes and workflows.

Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.

  • Develop and maintain accurate records of operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on operational best practices.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies.
