Immersive Brand Experience Manager

Lead the creative vision and execution of our retail spaces to craft engaging brand experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute in-store brand strategies aligned to business goals
  • Owning the look and feel of all customer-facing physical environments
  • Partner with brands, marketing, and merchandise teams to translate campaigns into immersive in-store experiences
  • Lead the delivery of promotional activations, masterclasses, and retail theatre
  • Regularly visit stores to ensure brand experience is consistent, engaging, and high-performing
  • Be a key figure in store openings, working with teams to merchandise the space
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences
  • Track effectiveness of in-store campaigns and identify opportunities to improve
About the Role

You will be an equal parts strategic and hands-on leader who can zoom out to shape the big picture and roll up your sleeves to bring it to life. You understand how great retail experiences are built: through sharp commercial thinking, creative storytelling, and flawless execution.

  • Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in visual merchandising, retail marketing, or brand experience
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally across multi-site operations
  • Experience building brand environments from scratch or scaling new concepts
  • Strong commercial acumen – you understand ROI and how to maximise budgets
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and lead through ambiguity
  • A passion for retail, beauty, and creating spaces that make people stop and take notice
