Are you an experienced procurement professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity available for a Procurement Coordinator to join our national team.

This is a dynamic role that will allow you to develop key skills, find purpose, and make a real impact on sustainability efforts.

The procurement function at our company is constantly evolving with new challenges and opportunities arising regularly.

You will be responsible for providing support to internal customers and the procurement team through the ongoing improvement of the procurement function and management of supplier relationships.

  • Liaise and develop relationships with suppliers to maximize benefits for the organization.
  • Manage the ordering and inventory of products, hardware, and consumables.
  • Monitor and manage vendor performance.
  • Coordinate open order reports to ensure accurate information in the system.
  • Negotiate prices with vendors.
  • Work closely with the business to determine ongoing supply requirements and identify potential risks with current vendors.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in procurement or significant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Excel.
  • Proven problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
