About the Role

This great opportunity exists for a compassionate and proactive Clinical Manager to oversee and support the delivery of high-quality service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • To contribute to the organisation's leadership by being a solution-focused leader
  • To ensure the integrity of data and information available to clients
  • To participate in developing a supportive and safe working environment
  • To lead and oversee the recruitment and establishment of new staff
  • To provide strength-based, person-centred supervision and leadership to the clinical team
  • To oversee the implementation of the organisation's monitoring, evaluation & accountability governance

About You

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, counselling, psychology or a related field
  • Recent clinical history in domestic violence practice with solid understanding of the requirements with DV crisis response
  • Proven experience in healthcare administration or operations management
  • Superior and effective energetic leadership, communication, collaboration, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
  • Understanding of budgeting, and quality improvement processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Proven capacity to represent the organisation in public forums
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and monitoring risk
  • Ability to interpret and understand multiple levels of legislative documents
  • Ability to manage stressful work environments
  • Experience in working with personal and sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
  • Current driver's licence
  • Current Qld Working with Children Check Blue Card
