Expert Redditor Wanted for Strategic Role

Foundation is seeking an experienced expert who lives and breathes the platform.

We are a digital content marketing agency specializing in planning, creating, and distributing content for B2B brands. Our team operates remotely and focuses on growth.

This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking content marketing agency working with leading B2B brands across the globe. As a Reddit Strategist, you'll lead our efforts on everything Reddit-related, developing strategies for organic content, managing paid campaigns, and building trust within targeted subreddits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Reddit strategies for clients across industries, balancing organic community engagement and paid media tactics.
  • Conduct research into Reddit communities, audience behavior, trends, and conversation dynamics to inform content and media planning.
  • Create and optimize native Reddit content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Run and optimize Reddit Ads campaigns, testing creative, targeting, and placements for performance and brand lift.
  • Monitor Reddit engagement metrics and provide regular reports on learnings, wins, and optimization opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on Reddit policy changes, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate closely with our Content and Paid Media teams to integrate Reddit strategies into broader marketing plans.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • You're an avid Redditor with knowledge of the platform's culture and lingo.
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media strategy, paid media, or content marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience running Reddit Ads or experimenting with Reddit's paid platform.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt tone based on the subreddit.
  • Familiarity with tools like Reddit Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to map Reddit activity back to client KPIs.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with strategists, media buyers, and content creators.
