This varied and rewarding role involves delivering personal care and emotional support while helping residents feel safe, valued, and connected.

About the Role

Join us at one of our facilities located in regional Victoria, just outside of Bendigo. We're looking for a compassionate and energetic Personal Care Worker to work part-time every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2pm to 7pm in our specialised Dementia Wing.

In this dynamic role, you'll engage with residents, supporting their wellbeing and helping them have their best day, every day.

You will have a Certificate 3 or 4 in Aged Care/Individual Support as a minimum qualification, along with:

  • Passion for lifestyle programs and working in a dementia care environment
  • Energy and enthusiasm to enrich the lives of older Australians in a fun, dynamic, and varied role
  • Warm, welcoming approach and desire to be part of a collaborative team
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Passion for building genuine relationships and supporting residents to engage and enjoy daily life
