About Us
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team.
This role will play a key part in shaping our customer identity and access management (CIAM) and identity fraud prevention platforms.
The ideal candidate will have experience with customer journeys around authentication, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO).
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategy and execution for CIAM and Identity Fraud Prevention platforms, focusing on balancing security with user experience.
Responsibilities include driving innovation in passwordless authentication, adaptive security, and AI-driven fraud detection, collaborating with engineering, data, and design teams.
The chosen candidate will work closely with stakeholders to shape strategic direction in identity and security.
Duties also include developing product strategies, securing funding and resourcing, and managing risks related to security, privacy, compliance, and data use.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must have excellent stakeholder relationships, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
