Role Overview
As a New Vehicle Account Manager with Scania Australia, you will play a key role in promoting and selling Scania products and services, contributing to the company's profitable growth. This role requires a strong focus on building relationships with customers and identifying sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and negotiate total transport solutions, products, and services
- Develop and implement sales plans for assigned portfolios
- Maintain regular contact with customers and identify sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify new prospects and develop an in-depth understanding of customer businesses
- Manage assigned portfolios through the in-house CRM system
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have proven successful account management experience, a hunger for sales, and a passion for achieving targets. You will also have a strong focus on building relationships and working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Prior experience selling trucks or related heavy-duty equipment is highly desirable.
