">Job Description
">This Medical Administrator role is a key part of our Respiratory Medicine department, supporting our outpatient clinics, creating patient appointments, billing, and performing general administrative tasks. As an integral member of our team, you will contribute to the operational efficiency of our administrative support team and cover other duties as required.
">Key Responsibilities

- To provide administrative support to our outpatient clinics, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.">
- To assist with billing and accounts management, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.">
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both electronic and manual, in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.">
- To perform general administrative duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need strong organisational and customer service skills, demonstrated computer literacy, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, as is a high level of attention to detail. Experience working within a medical environment and familiarity with medical terminology are highly regarded, but not essential.
