We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coordinator: People and Organisational Development to join our team at the University of South Australia. As a key member of our People, Talent and Culture Unit, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence and efficiency in our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide end-to-end service coordination, advisory, and project management support for People and Organisational Development initiatives.
- Contribute significantly to efficient operation through the timely and proactive identification, coordination, and implementation of process and systems improvement opportunities.
- Ensure streamlined and effective processes that enable optimal services to be delivered.

Essential Skills and Experience- Demonstrated ability to coordinate the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of procedures and administrative systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in developing and delivering quality, customer-focused services.
- High-level organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team-based environment.
- Demonstrated analytical, research, and business writing skills, with a sound understanding of business processes across a complex organisation.
