We are seeking an experienced technician to join our service team as a mobile equipment specialist.

Job Description

This is a key role for a skilled and motivated individual who will be responsible for providing technical support on a range of construction and mining equipment.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work autonomously and proactively solve complex technical issues, while maintaining excellent relationships with our customers.

  • Providing onsite technical support on construction and mining equipment
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customer base
  • Completion and submission of all relevant documentation
  • Conducting work in compliance with quality and safety standards and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum Certificate III in a relevant discipline (Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent)
  • OEM or earthmoving equipment experience highly regarded
  • A current driver's license
  • The ability to work independently and think critically
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • An unwavering commitment to quality and safety
