Job Title: Executive Sales Director for Electric Vehicles

Job Summary:

Oryx People Automotive is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sales Director for Electric Vehicles to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
