Key Responsibilities- Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and direction to the finance team, ensuring effective financial management and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Accounting and Tax: Manage the accounting and tax functions of the business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Monitor budget performance throughout the year, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and driving profitability.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws, identifying and mitigating financial risks.
- Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CA preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Controller or in a similar senior finance role, with strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Team Management: Experience in managing a team, with a commitment to developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Financial Software: Advanced user of financial software and systems, with a preference for MYOB Advanced.
