Key Responsibilities
  • Lead two pods of talented developers, setting the technical direction and forming a delivery plan that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Lead Engineers to drive successful outcomes for the pods, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence in engineering practices.
  • Ensure your team has the necessary tools and support to excel, meeting regularly to provide performance feedback, career development, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Foster a culture of quality and trust, ensuring software is built to a high standard and resolving roadblocks that hinder progress.
  • Continuously improve and iterate on our agile process and practices, driving innovation and efficiency within the team.
What You'll Work On

As a Team Lead - Engineering, you will have the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge stack, including:
