Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Team Lead to lead our 1-on-1s team, a cross-functional team responsible for delivering high-priority product outcomes. As a Team Lead, you'll guide a team of engineers in delivering innovative technical solutions, balancing tradeoffs to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering their growth into future technical leaders
  • Prioritize the product roadmap, sequence initiatives, and share timelines with stakeholders
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to achieve technical and product vision goals
Requirements
  • Solid understanding of systems architecture and programming, preferably in Ruby
  • Experience building interactive React applications, with proficiency in Typescript and a grasp of responsive design
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver customer value
  • Experience managing stakeholders and leading engineers, complemented by strong written and verbal communication skills
