About This Role:

Our organization seeks a seasoned Distribution Strategy Executive to spearhead the development and execution of our distribution partner strategy, fostering mutual success. Reporting directly to the Director of Channels for ANZ, you will oversee building and ensuring seamless execution of this strategy.

The ideal candidate will drive growth, strengthen relationships, and boost partner engagement. As the primary point of contact for distribution managed partners, you will lead regular cadence with distributors and key distributor-led partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving marketing and partner community initiatives across A/NZ via the distributor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution partner strategy
  • Serve as primary point of contact for distribution managed partners
  • Drive regular communication and collaboration with distributors and key partners
  • Oversee marketing and partner community initiatives
  • Lead trans-Tasman partner development efforts
