Job Summary

Manage logistics, warehouse, and distribution strategies to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our APAC region.

This role involves overseeing service levels of 3rd party providers to maintain high customer service standards across Australia.

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead inventory management processes, including cycle counts, stocktakes, reconciliations, and variance reviews.

You will analyze data to identify discrepancies and implement resolutions. Maintain detailed records of inventory movements and investigate stock issues and claims from customers and suppliers.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field required, with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

About This Role

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can align inventory and logistics strategies with business needs.

You will participate in the APAC Sales & Operations Planning process and manage 3PL strategies to optimize warehousing, distribution, and transport operations.

Liaise with transportation companies to arrange collection and delivery of goods to customers and 3PL sites, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in logistics, distribution, imports/exports, and be well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management systems.

What You'll Do
  • Cycle Counts and Stocktakes: Plan and execute regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Inventory Reconciliations: Perform variances reviews to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Sales and Operations Planning: Participate in planning processes to align inventory and logistics strategies with business needs.
  • Logistics Coordination: Arrange collection and delivery of goods to customers and 3PL sites.
  • Supplier and Customer Relations: Manage service levels and agreements with suppliers.
