About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gymnastics Development Officer to join our team at MLC School.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering gymnastics coaching activities and program administration, ensuring that all training sessions and competition situations align with our school's values and policies.

This is a full-time permanent position, working across Monday to Saturday, with evening and weekend work expected. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Technical expertise in gymnastics coaching and program administration
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The successful candidate will have:

  • Current Technical Membership with Gymnastics Australia
  • Advanced Coaching Accreditation (or willingness to attend the next available course)
  • Gymnastics Coaching Experience
  • TeamGym Experience (or willingness to develop key skills in this area)
  • WAG judging accreditation (or willingness to attend the next available course)
  • Valid NSW Working With Children's check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
