Electrical Service Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Service Technician to join our team at SAGE Automation in Sydney. As an Electrical Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional electrical services to our clients, ensuring their systems are running efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine service and breakdown support for electrical systems
  • Conduct preventative, corrective, and recommended maintenance and documentation
  • Investigate and rectify complex electrical issues, providing detailed reports
  • Install electrical systems and components
  • Assist with commissioning of projects and variable speed drive repair
  • Manage on-the-job timekeeping and invoicing

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment
  • Industrial electrical experience (domestic and commercial experience not considered)
  • Electrical installation and commissioning experience
  • Naval Defence experience highly regarded
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Working at Heights, Confined Space training, and Hazardous Area accreditation highly desirable

Key Requirements:

  • Electrical Licence
  • Australian Drivers Licence
  • Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain AGSVA Baseline Clearance
