About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager to lead our PMO and Change Delivery team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our strategic approach to change delivery, managing annual planning cycles, and driving efficiency across projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide visionary leadership for the PMO, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement PMO frameworks and best practices for successful project and change initiatives
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring timely budget-compliant completion
  • Drive change maturity and uplift capability across project delivery and change teams
  • Lead change management strategies for new processes and technologies
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change management matters
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in banking and financial services with a focus on customer service and risk management
  • Proven leadership of complex program delivery at scale (budget of $60m+)
  • Expertise in project and program delivery, agile methodologies, and multidisciplinary technology
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
