About the Company

Davidson Technology is partnering with a state government organisation to deliver workforce reporting and achieve strategic goals.

We are seeking an AO7 Change Lead for a fixed-term contract with potential extension.

About the Role

You will define, plan, and manage change and communications activities to support project implementation within the CCSO reform agenda.

As a Change Management Specialist, you will lead the implementation of contemporary change management strategies and communications tactics to ensure successful embedding of best practices.

  • Plan and execute change management activities to support initiative implementation across the state.
  • Work with the CCSO PMO Business Integrations Manager to ensure Business Readiness activities are planned and monitored.
  • Develop and implement change management plans in collaboration with Portfolio Change, Project Leadership, and Sponsors to identify and respond to change impacts.
  • Work with the project team, business units, and change champions to socialise, integrate, and embed changes.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to manage expectations and support the change process.
  • Plan and implement targeted communication and engagement strategies to inform stakeholders about the change.
  • Provide advice to leaders on change progress, observations, and risks associated with the transition.

About You

  • Proven ability to provide advice to leaders on change progress and risks.
  • Formal qualifications in human resource management, change management, or a related discipline would be highly regarded.
  • Change management certification with a recognised professional body would also be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering change management strategies within a large-scale project environment.
  • High-level knowledge of contemporary change management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Understanding of project management processes and strategies.
  • Ability to translate business changes into effective communication and engagement programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in partnership with the business and project team to deliver informed change products.
  • Demonstrated experience in project/change management activities, ideally within a justice or human services environment.
  • Proven high-level written communication skills, with experience creating a range of collateral.

The Benefits

This opportunity offers a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential extension at a salary band from $127,843 to $136,896 per year.

The client offers flexible working conditions, including work from home and a Brisbane CBD office.
