Senior Practitioner Role

This position involves working with a team to provide operational and clinical support in family dispute resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Support practitioners in delivering effective services, providing expert feedback and guidance.
  • Collaborate with the practice manager on service delivery and quality assurance.
  • Maintain a caseload, facilitating dispute resolution in parenting and property matters.
  • Participate in clinical supervision sessions and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Ensure data collection meets internal policies and funder requirements.
About You
  • Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and relevant qualifications in social sciences or law.
  • Ability to build relationships across teams to achieve objectives.
  • Capacity to deliver a person-centred service.
  • Experience in supporting high-performing teams and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  • Understanding of family law, child protection, and domestic violence legislation.
  • Strong organisational skills, including critical thinking and prioritisation.
  • Competency in using technology to deliver client services.
  • Experience in working with diverse communities.
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills.
