Food and Beverage Manager Position

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our food and beverage operations.

You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies that align with our business goals, focusing on cost control, profit margins, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional dining experiences and ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Manage and maintain alignment to brand standards and internal control procedures across all food and beverage outlets.

Requirements:

  • Degree in hospitality management or relevant discipline, or significant industry experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a leadership-based role working in multi-outlet food and beverage operations in a luxury resort or high-end hospitality setting.
  • A commercial mindset with proven results in cost control, profit margins, and operational excellence.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, ambition, and a high level of compassionate leadership.
